With the Removable Bollard inserted into its below-grade receiver, secure it into place using the integrated locking mechanism. (Above Grade and Grade-Level Options Available) When you want to remove the bollard, simply turn the key to the unlock position and manually pull it from the receiver. With the Bollard removed, the remaining hole of the below-grade socket is secured and protected with a non-skid, tamper-proof socket cap.
They are installed using below-grade receiver (also called embedment sleeve) that sits below the concrete surface. When resting in the receiver, the bollard can be locked in place to stop theft or misuse.
Depending on the design, the removable bollard can be secured with an internal locking mechanism or with a pad lock that connects to a steel rod or lidded receiver.
